• Aided Lead Montessori Guide in cultivating a peaceful and productive learning environment for children ages 3-6

• Received lessons from the qualified Guide, then implemented the training by guiding children in lessons including:

- forming letters

- identifying letter sounds

- grace and courtesy in the context of eating and serving food

- practical life, including independent self care

- culture and exploring the natural world through geography and zoology

• Continually aided in keeping peace and order in the classroom by providing instruction and support in peacemaking and problem solving

• Provided respectful and safe support in the bathroom for students potty training

• Became a safe and supportive presence for children with disabilities by forming relationships with each individual, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
• Managed challenging behaviors using de-escalation techniques in order to ensure student safety and care both in and out of the classroom.
• Assisted in the implementation of IEP goals, supporting students in reaching social, emotional and academic milestones
