  • Maintained daily the PVC system to cultivate and nurture grass fields for livestock on site.
  • Perform daily checks and perform general maintenance within my skills to take care of all atv's and side by side vehicles, and to keep them as clean as possible as well. The same would also apply to all crop harvesting and farm tractor equipment used for all phases of the farming process.
  • Keep a diligent eye on the health and growth of the ag crop that ranges from grass to alfalfa. If there are any changes that need to be made or deficiencies that need to be addressed to make them in a timely and quick manner.
  • Sometimes as the only employee on site due to other ventures for the rest of management I would be managing and caretaking of all fields,operations, and livestock. Ranging from heads of cattle to horses and chickens. Managing all feed and water for 20-40 animals at any given time. Also handling all PVC repair, crop harvesting, and daily operations to completion.
  • Handle transportation for products that the ranch puts out such as hay in state and also out-of-state. Goose neck trailers, horse trailers used weekly. Duty to put out and maintain customer ties along with this as well and sell as much as possible.
  • During spring trailer horses to and from vet and maintain and communicate with horse vet to maintain strict schedule so that horses can be in best health and care for their foals in the best way. This is to be in assistance with the horse breeding program that the ranch employs as another line of business.

  • Very Skilled roofing worker and on bigger jobs would sometimes oversee a small crew and if needed help them to do the job in the most quick and effective way.
