- Maintained daily the PVC system to cultivate and nurture grass fields for livestock on site.
- Perform daily checks and perform general maintenance within my skills to take care of all atv's and side by side vehicles, and to keep them as clean as possible as well. The same would also apply to all crop harvesting and farm tractor equipment used for all phases of the farming process.
- Keep a diligent eye on the health and growth of the ag crop that ranges from grass to alfalfa. If there are any changes that need to be made or deficiencies that need to be addressed to make them in a timely and quick manner.

- During spring trailer horses to and from vet and maintain and communicate with horse vet to maintain strict schedule so that horses can be in best health and care for their foals in the best way. This is to be in assistance with the horse breeding program that the ranch employs as another line of business.
