Duties include diagnosing and troubleshooting hydraulic issues, performing preventive maintenance, rebuilding hydraulic components (pumps, valves, cylinders), and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely.

Responsible for generating roofing sales, managing customer relationships, and overseeing projects from estimate to completion. Duties include inspecting roofs, preparing bids, closing deals, scheduling crews, and ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction.

Oversees all on-site roofing activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing crew members, coordinating materials and equipment, enforcing safety protocols, and communicating with clients and project managers.
