Fluence Energy Accomplishments:

· Assisted SQA team in their completion of the Supplier Development plan. Participated in the EPC supplier quality audit. Built up and maintained various SQA data and metrics. Help others in SQA conduct trend analysis.

· EXCEED my goal for FY 22 was to complete at least 2 quality trainings. I have been able to exceed this by completing the following courses. Certified Internal Auditor for 9001, 14001, 45001 through DNV. ASQ Improvement tools and techniques. In addition to quality trainings I have also completed various Linked-In learning professional trainings.

· ASQ classes completed: Intro to Supplier Management, Root Cause Analysis: Solve problems by Eliminating causes, Quality/Engineering Tools for Supplier Management, Auditing For Improved Supplier Performance

· Currently taking ASQ class Improvement Tools & Techniques: Charts, Controls, Diagrams, Improvement Methods Sampling and Problem Solving

· Have completed 17 courses on Linked-In and have 15 Linked-In Certificates of completion

· Throughout FY22 in both SQA and PQ I have been able to participate in various Tiger Teams who helped close the knowledge gap and process gaps between internal and external stakeholders. In addition to working with multiple function teams and multiple suppliers I have helped close internal process specifically creating a safety and quality onboarding criteria.

· I conducted several in-person audits at the ACE facility in Vietnam. I conducted an SA8000 audit around the facility, reviewed the battery in-take process for compliance, safety observations while on the factory floor, validated their battery storage process, witnessed the effectiveness of their barcoding and scanning systems and procedures. Witnessed the FCR management system process. Verified ACE conducted their own FAT's in accordance with regulations and standards.

· COMPLETED: Participated in the collection of documents for the creation of our internal preservation policy and procedures. I collaborated with a tiger team to establish and create a recall flow chart proof of concept.

· Created an internal SQ onboarding checklist to supplement the overall Fluence onboarding process.

· I have tested numerous changes to Salesforce to include the NCR and UAT.

· I participate in several tiger teams to include Salesforce, NetSuite integration and Interested Parties.

· Assisted in the closing out of over 40 CAPA/SCAR's for the supplier quality team.

· Assisted in the Services/ Support Measure and Monitor internal ISO audit, Assisted in EA internal ISO audit, Assisted in HRIS internal ISO audit, Assisted in the Legal Contracting internal ISO audit.

· Participating interviewee for the Fluence SA8000 Fluence external audit.

· Monitored numerous Quality issues including PE data fault codes and manually uploaded all the PE data on inverter faults codes on Teams in Excel. I was involved in PE discussion group about inverter issues. Assisted with the replacement of 2 OTCE doors from Rital that were damaged, had to figure out if was a quality issue.

· Lion-tamer discussion group assisted: We have received 2 units of Li-ion tamer monitor sensors and 2 units of controllers as warranty replacements. Helped negotiate these spares at no cost to Fluence.

· I have been involved in various working groups focusing on Gen 6 Cube preservation and storage.
