Managed a large portfolio of concurrent orders and projects across a range of products
for thirty-plus customer accounts.
• Lead projects for delivery of internet solutions (DIA+broadband circuits, satellite), LTE
POTS replacement, SD-WAN deployment, and professional services projects; from
pre-kickoff to delivery and handoff.
• Established timelines, and tracked project progress against them to support timely
completion.
• Communicated project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Held weekly calls with customers and other vCom stakeholders to review status of
active projects and orders.
• Facilitated clear and expedient communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Drove resolution of post-delivery issues for customers with carriers and vCom NOC.
• Maintained accurate and up-to-date project and order status information in vCom's
in-house issue tracking system.
• Contributed to and improved team process documents in Confluence.
• Created new introduction letter email templates for DIA, broadband, and professional
services orders.
• Completed courses for and received AOTMP TEM certification.
