I worked as a CNA for almost 11 years starting in 1992. I do have my COVID vaccine. I have performed many roles as a nurse such as charge nurse, Alzheimer's unit, restorative nurse, rehabilitation, supervisor, hospice, VA volunteer, ventilator nurse, wound nurse and many mor. I have 4 kids that are now grown. Which include 3 boys who are Marine's and a daughter that is a respiratory therapist. Besides my own I have assisted in raising 11 kids total including 2 that I had for 15 years which one of them is a CNA and scheduler and the other is in the Navy. I enjoy caring for others, working in my wood shop, doing my crafts, and spending time with my grandkids. I have been married since Dec. 1998 to my best friend and biggest supporter in life. I took some time off and did private duty nursing while caring for my father-in-law until he passed on my Anniversary Dec. 2020. I will always be a patient advocate first, but decided to do travel nursing last year to break the connection to only one place and experience new things.
