schedules. Evaluate and complete minor service repairs, and respond to

Responsible for branch personnel growth/progress. Oversight of project management team and daily evaluation of department reporting.

purchases. Evaluate project autopsies. Implement new process and

coordinating, and purchasing. Review/Evaluate project reporting. Complete

project progress/profitability forecasts. Attend pre-bids and job site meeting when necessary. Provide leadership and direction to divisions team. Enforce

safety standards. Preform project autopsies and implement best practices

standards. Hire and fire as necessary.

Assign daily tasks and oversight to field crew and monitor project schedule/progress. Attend all job site meetings. Complete daily project reporting. Communicate any job site needs to superintendent. Track and inventory project equipment and material. Teach/ Monitor proper installation methods to team. Ensure team is qualified, knowledgeable, and safe.
