I oversee 14 employees and assign them their duties on day to day basis. I am in charge of making sure all the heavy equipment and plant is in working order and running proficiently. I have to make sure that we are current on all MSHA laws example making sure the pit, plant, equipment etc meets the safety guidelines. I have to make sure that the employees have everything they need to get their jobs done. I also have enter and keep track of production on a daily basis as well as keeping track of fuel used daily.

I ran many various pieces of equipment. From loaders to trucks to skid steers to operating the plant. I also was a mechanic and a welder. When running equipment I had to comply with all safety guidelines through the company and also MSHA rules. As well as doing mechanic work and welding. I have rebuilt crushers, pumps, screen decks etc. I have many years experience with hands on projects. I also was a plant operator and had to make sure the plant ran to max capacity to meet our goals each month on the tonage going through it.
