Eps 1 is a seed-to-sale cannabis product center. During my time there, I had many hats. I started out making the gummies (edibles)

• responsible for inventory, cooking, storing, and packaging.

I'd help with filling and packaging of concentrates and vape cartridges.

• Ensuring that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

Helping with harvesting, including but not limited to processing, separating material, defoliation, deleafing, defanning, bucking, and trimming.

Lastly, I'd help with the fulfillment of orders. Packaging cannabis products by various means, including light machinery and by hand.

Making joints, printing stickers, sticking tubes, and fulfilling box orders for shipment.

Track inventory and supplies on hand to assist management with ease of ordering.

Quick and efficient service of guests by preparing food and drinks, and delivering with a smile.

Establishing and maintaining enthusiastic and courteous relationships with members.

Perform all opening and closing duties, including restocking items, and reconciliation of the cash drawers and bank bag.

Built strong relationships with new and repeat customers, as well as internal partners.

Executed day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, tracking, and maintaining banking deposits/withdrawals. Maintained the cash drawer and deposit safe with accuracy and security. Maintained accurate filing and record-keeping systems.

Identified potential issues and utilized resources to determine the best course of action to implement solutions.

Stayed up to date, knowledgeable, and compliant with all company and state policies and procedures.

Created positive relationships with residents to provide an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect for at-risk youth.

Used keen and consistent observation skills to ensure the safety of all gym and pool users.

Promptly reported any accidents or rescues to management.

Created activity reports, lessons, and programs for both students and employees, while providing and teaching new students and employees therapeutic recreational activities policies based on my in-depth knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
