• As a production Supervisor, I am the leader of the team to ensure everyone is being safe, and holding the product to the highest quality and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. I do the scheduling for my crew, including making the pay schedules and reviewing time punches in our UKG Pro system. Being the night shift supervisor, I check on all departments, including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse throughout the night, mainly to ensure that all departments are communicating properly. I hold the employees accountable for the actions wether good or bad. I support my team, listen to their ideas or issues, and promptly find a response if i can not give one right then and there. I help my employees achieve different levels of machine operator. I am also over doing my crews annual performance reviews to show their strong points and rectify areas for improvement. Delegating task to employees that fit the right machine to meet the production milestones. I with the help of my leads train employees on how to run the machine, how to do a successful package change and sanitation. Making sure that my team is doing their proper training in scheduled time frame. I do ensure that proper GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) are being followed such as proper personal protection equipment is being utilized. Doing daily paperwork, ensuring that performance and efficiency can be tracked properly, answering to management above me for poor performances and issues that cause these problems and/or any other things that are required of me.

• As a Warehouse Lead i was in charge of a small crew, ensuring the Forklift drivers were being safe, following rules, and doing proper SAP transfers. As a lead i was also a forklift driver myself i was in charge of loading and unloading trucks wether it was raw materials or full goods. I also did the bill of ladings paying attention to every little number. Ensured we had the correct and/or correct amount of raw materials for the runs of the production schedule. it was also my job to communicate with other departments wether it be the lead or the production supervisor on raw issues or full good issues such as leaking products for just an example. i was in charge of fixing issues in SAP such as missed putaways or messed up transfers, also opening up shop orders for the drivers to print tags and do said putaways. I am currently a forklift trainer, i give a written test, driving test and record their certification on file. not only as a driver i also did manual labor which could be anything asked of me, but things such as printing tags, cleaning the dock, running the floor scrubber, getting things ready for the yearly SQF (Safe Quality Food) audit. i did daily reports to my manager.

As a quality Technician i performed detailed inspections of products to ensure they met customer requirements and industry standards.

I ran test on the drinks to ensure the Co2, Brix (sugar) and the TA (titrable acid) was all in the specification range that corporate has given us. Performing line checks to ensure all departments are following the Quality code of conduct. I also did checks on our reverse osmosis water system to make sure it was running and purifying correctly. Did batch verifications to make sure all ingredients were used and properly weight out for the syrup and then had to do check on the control batch which required the same testing as a drink coming off the line. Maintaining records of all inspections including reports and data collection sheets. Assisted in preparing for internal and external Audits. Performed calibrations on all lab equipment. Provided quality support for other departments and investigate defects found on the line. Quality was about ensuring all materials meet required specifications before releasing them for human consumption.

• As a Line Operator, i kept my machine running safely and effectively, did quality checks on the line i was working on for that day. Made sure i was wearing proper personal equipment. Maintained a clean work area. Reported problems to Maintnence. Operated multiple machines and trained new hires. Recorded daily production.
