  • Helped Implement on machine inspection with Renishaw touch probing.
  • Retooled entire DMO Manufacturing floor with updated Capto style tooling, to share tooling from machine spindle to machine spindle.
  • Upgraded all inspection equipment to increase inspection capability and inspection yield. With upgrading equipment, we were able to implement the sharing the paperwork FAI, SQA etc. allot easier.
  • 5S & Lean practices have been implemented in many areas in DMO, from shipping to manufacturing processes, tooling, inspection and general housekeeping.
  • Have helped maintain and keep DMO Manufacturing engineering team up to date with Teamcenter/NX training and best practices, with the help of a outside contractor (Saratech).
