I have worked in multiple industries where I have learned a number of skills. From basic different manual labor positions, forklift operation and maintenance on machinery. Quality, employee training and safety guidelines in a supervisor role. While at NCP I was trained and certified in Confined Space Search and Rescue. Currently here at French Paper I learned all department positions, and became supervisor and have been since Jan. 2021. In addition to supervising I also have maintenance and quality inspections I go over daily along with training employees and filling in when we are short staffed. As a team here at French we implemented a lot of new safety, and quality changes that have improved drastically over the years. 5 Years 6 Months- Oversaw adherence to production schedule to ensure timely project completion.
- Implemented quality control measures to maintain high production standards and minimize defects.

7 Years 8 Months- Multiple job responsibilities, Main one being the hauling of stock and making sure no drop chests are empty. Forklift operation most of the day standard lifts as well as rotator and clamp trucks.

3 Years 3 Months- I made various types of paints, in big quantities. Also cooked resin for the batches that we made. I was certified in confined space entry, and I am licensed to operate a forklift.

5 Months- General landscape work, mowing, and leaf removal. Planted various plants and did a few patios.
Barn Keeper
3 Years 1 Month- I cleaned, fed and took care of 23 show horses at a time. I was responsible for meds and supplements as well as working them (exercise).
