- Primary response and assistance for IT support requests/technical issues for all OP employees, consultants and interns either in-person or via email, phone or Microsoft Teams. (Locally to both Albany & all OP satellite offices across NY state) with proactive monitoring of issues reported and timely response/communication with effected users.
