- I arrived at work on time, find my lead, get a list of tires that needed to be completed by lunch, find the rims, get with my Rubber guy and help him if needed, and start building tires according to the specs

- After arriving and clocking in on time, I'd get with the previous shift and perform a 'Run Down' on the machine and overall production
- Then I'll take my check list a check all pre-op listed
- I'll the look at our work for the day and either pick up where the left off or perform a parts change, which was actually a tool change in the machine
- I'd check the last lobes on the last part and carry on or perform a tool change according to the specs
- Put in the products measurements in the PLC
- Run it, stop it, check my first 3 lobes to make sure they were in spec finish out the camshaft
- With all cautions in mind, remove the camshaft with a hoist, store it on the finished rack, and continue until that lot was finish and start another one

- So after arriving to work on time, I'll sit in on the safety meeting get caught up on the shift before
- Then I'll preform a walk thru
- I'll check vital locations that would set start up back
- After I'd either cleared the personal list I've made I would wait til sanitation got done, put ony blades turn key valves on for the evisceration processing, made sure my crewman was ready, take our locks off the breakers, turn on the lines and check stations for hydraulic leek's, extremely bad belts, chains and pulleys
- Then continue to monitor the lines for irregular products, leaks, and unsafe areas
