- Plan and execute product development projects from brief and design stage through prototyping and sales samples
- Generate and maintain detailed, accurate BOM’s for all projects.
- Problem solve design tech packs prior to hand-off to factories for potential performance, construction, material, cost, fit, and quality concerns.
- Analyze technical drawings, lab test results, patterns, components and lasts to identify and resolve and potential issues.
- Communicating redlines from design to factory to ensure design intent and functionality are met.
- Created Fall/Winter 2027 Development Calendar
- Modernized the Sawtooth Franchise by developing the Sawtooth X Pro Gore-Tex Invisible Fit in partnership with Design and Vibram teams.
- Ensuring all projects are on time, on spec, and on margin.
- Worked with development and QA team to standardize physical properties for all materials.
- Experience and strong working relationships with General Shoes in Vietnam. I have developed 6 styles with the General Shoes.

Personal
I have always been a person who is fascinated with science and the Outdoors while having a self-motivating and open mind. I love backpacking, camping, fishing, and golfing. I took my athletic competitiveness to college, playing soccer for three different top-ranked schools in the nation in NCAA Division II and NJCAA. I hiked the Appalachian Trail (2012), the Pacific Crest Trail (2014), and the Continental Divide Trail (2016), which is known as the Triple Crown in the long-distance hiking world.
