Mentored and supported other employees: Provided one-on-one support and guidance with learning and understanding the adjudication process, application of policies and procedures, and caseload management. Act as a resource to others, guiding them to a consistent understanding and application of standards.
Designed and conducted training sessions for new and existing analysts in various areas relating to adjudication of claims, policy application, medical evidence review, and software use.
Quality Assurance - Regularly review case decisions made by trainees to ensure accuracy, adherence to SSA regulations, and completeness of medical evaluations and documentation.
Performance Monitoring - Assessed performance of trainees and provided constructive feedback to improve decision-making processes, case outcomes, and employee progression.

• Demonstrated expertise in the adjudication of Title II and Title XVI initial, reconsideration, child, QDD/CAL, CDR, EXR, and pre-hearing, and paper-claims under the Social Security Act.

Demonstrated understanding of technical issues regarding child and continuing disability review claims, such as re-opening issues, establishing onset, consideration of age & time and the impact on the overall determination.
