I've also worked with accelerometers, strain gauges, 1553 bus monitor / simulator, pressure transducers, position pots, recorders, cameras, and high speed video, utilizing wiring diagrams and technical information provided by engineers and senior technicians to develop, fabricate, test, install, maintain and evaluate the prototype instrumentation packages. Examples of some of the packages are: system racks, power distribution units (PDU's), Video System wiring (harbor cable), coax, twin-ax, tri-ax, Ethernet, twisted-shielded pair, multi-pin connectors, parallel bus wires and fiber optics.
Perform pre and post-flight operational checks on prototype instrumentation systems such as
ASVS, JPALS and NEXGEN, using specialized equipment such as multi-meters,
