Pediatric Vision Course— Training Module to Support Therapist Learning

Worked within a small group to create a comprehensive training program within the clinic system covering evidence-based best practices for assessment and treatment of visual-perceptual deficits, oculomotor deficits, CVI, and low-vision. Helped create in-service presentation for all occupational therapy staff.

New Employee Onboarding Program— Training Module to Support Therapist Learning

Worked within a small group to create a comprehensive training program within the clinic system for onboarding new therapists. Worked to make sure onboarding processes are consistent and comprehensive among all staff and clinics and provided support for staff members.
