  • As an Operational Support Technician, I have spent six years assigned to a criminal squad where I assist with organizing, maintaining, and filing case paperwork. My duties also include working with different computer programs to upload various types of paperwork or forms to case files. As well as maintain my squad members timecards and verify their times, leave requests and CTOF is accurate. As an Operational Support Technician I am able to participate in other opportunities such as Coordinate Task Force Officers, Critical Incident Operations Specialist, and Alternate ELSUR Technician.
  • Working with Task Force Officers I provide coordination and administrative support services for them; assist with onboarding, obtaining credentials/access and standard operating procedures. I have manipulated various databases to produce finalized reports to present to various levels of management. As well as maintained detailed records of each member and their current status with the Task Force.
  • Working as the division Critical Incident Operational Support Technician I am responsible for setting up and organizing a command post to assist with various situations. As a CIOS I am required to exchange information or provide guidance to a diverse audience in high stress environments.
  • Being an Alternate ELSUR technician I am able to perform duties in support of operations and functions of the office by comprehensive understanding of specialized equipment, police and the proper procedure to preserving the electronic evidence.
  • All of these duties have given me the ability to Coordinate meetings or trainings events by following the established guidelines. While strengthening my ability to collaborated with external law enforcement agencies to exchange information.

  • As a part time package center supervisor, I was responsible for the safety and proper work habits of over 30 drivers, who cover a wide portion of Oahu. Data entry for various daily tasks such as creating and assigning on demand air pickups for customers. Communicate and maintain good information exchanges between customers and drivers. Constant phone calls requesting different types of information. Researching multiple types of information using over 3 different programs. Assist with the Customer Counter daily functions, from running the registers to accepting and inspection packages. Monitor and input exceptions on multiple packages for various reasons. Main responsibility is customer service and office management.
