I have worked for Sams Club since 2013. I started as a cashier within six months I was promoted to work Claims. In Claims, my responsibilities were to key out any damages in store, or any return items.I worked that department for about two years then I moved to the marketing office in that department my responsibilities were to go out to businesses and offer them our membership card from Sams club, and offer Credit Cards applications as well. Afer that I moved to Member service department in 2016 . I’ve been working member service ever since. In this position my responsibility is to help members with and questions and concerns. Also consistent of returning of items that where brought back to the store, I also signed up members for membership cards and credit cards applications, at the same time I was answering phone call and help with customer concerns,and take messages for mangers. I’ve been working for Sam’s club for about 11 years now. Now looking forward to other job opportunities. I am also bilingual fluent in English in Spanish. I am a people person and I’m willing to learn and work in other work
