This was a contractor job through Hiregenics and I worked for USAA Insurance in San Antonio, Texas. My job entailed the reading of auto and property claims and provide the Advocates with high quality written researches and timelines of claim files which would be used to respond to the Department of Insurance, Better Business Bureau of the Office of the CEO when a complainant submitted a written grievance to the company. I also prepared case files which included the gathering all documentation within the claim, payments, adjuster's notes and any communications. The case files would be submitted to the Department of Insurance for their review.
