  • I was part of the Birmingham Police Department South Precinct Taskforce
  • Myself and other Taskforce Officers were responsible for all Robberies, Burglaries, Unauthorized Breaking and Entering of Vehicles and Assaults in Birmingham's South Precinct
  • I did hundreds of detailed reports, recovering surveillance videos, and apprehending of suspects in South Precinct and several areas of adjacent cities
  • I worked with several area municipalities to apprehend suspects that not only committed crimes in Birmingham but the whole Birmingham Metro Area
  • I saw cases go from a detailed reports to sentencing at court for the crimes committed in Birmingham
  • While on the South Precinct Taskforce we saw crime go down consistently every quarter
  • We also enforced loitering laws in high crime areas and saw a significant drop in homicides and assaults

I have been a Corporal since 2008. In 2008 I completed Field Training Officer School. I have trained several Birmingham Police Officers. On days the Taskforce Sergeant wasn't available, I was in charge of taskforce operations for a six officer unit. I also took Officer level of Leadership.
