• Completed and signed off repair and maintenance documentation for submission to production control, contributing to an 89% backlog reduction.
• Used appropriate tools and torque gauges to conduct physical and visual inspections of radar, head-up display, and transmitter systems in accordance with proper Naval maintenance procedures.

• Tested and maintained radar, head-up display, and transmitter systems as part of larger radar and weapons systems while supporting 12 commands.
• Troubleshot malfunctions and diagnosed issues to repair equipment which resulted in a 52% backlog reduction. Managed $1.5 million dollars of work center support equipment with zero discrepancies.

• Maintained and repaired ALQ-99 electronic countermeasures/warfare transmitter equipment while supporting 15 EA-18G squadrons.
• Managed five workers in the maintenance and repair of ALQ-99 Low Band Transmitters, reducing work center backlog by 46%.
