A brief description of myself. I'm a very hard working and a willing to learn individual. I started off as a groundskeeper, but in those 5 months of me being in that position, I was already turning units and doing work orders. I received my EPA license in those 5 months and was promoted right after that to Maintenance Tech. I'm always looking to learn and grow.

  • Start my day off, I make sure the pool is cleaned and test the pool with the right chemicals
  • Next, I get the list of move ins for that week and make sure those units are squared away
  • Once those units are checked off of my list, I get straight to the units that need to be turned
  • Also, I help out with work orders to make sure they are closed within 24 hours
  • I also have to check vendors in and make sure they get to the correct area, whether its cleaners, painters, carpet cleaners etc
  • I also make list of the supplies we need on the maintenance side
  • Another thing I do, is stay in communication with the leasing team, because the Yardi system isn't always correct with move in dates.
