Work History

MRW2/ Fleet Manager/Fire Safety Officer

ABH/CSN-Cambridge
12.2016 - Current

For the past 9yrs I have maintained 2 -16 bed mental heath level 2 facilities for the State of Ohio.

I completed all routine and extensive maintenance and remodeling of both facilities.

I completed all fire safety testing of the wet and dry systems at both facilities. I check all fire extinguishers monthly and weekly exhaust hood inspections. Annually I would have an outside vender professionally clean it to the roof exit.

I had outside venders complete all quarterly testing on systems that needed testing for annual fire marshall inspections.

I have great communication and contact with our local state fire marshal.

I completed weekly and monthly inspections of our 1 - 36KW generac generator. I would have outside venders complete annual load bank test per fire marshalls inspections.

I keep books of all records for fire safety, EPA records, monthly inspections, pest control, HVAC records.

  • kept records of mileage and fuel receipts twice monthly that was sent to D.A.S.
