Summary

I desire to apply myself in the civilian sector. In my military and civilian roles, I have always focused on probing for the concern or issue and developing the best solution per current rules and regulations. Always having a customer service focus and service in customer service representative, I built 11 years of direct experience working to resolve their concerns and needs with empathy, helping others solve problems using well-developed communications and administrative skills. Bringing my administrative, organizational, and customer service talents to bear will benefit our customers. I value hard work, dedication, and the ability to meet tight deadlines with grace and determination. I have proven experience preparing and releasing correspondence for use by other federal, state, and local agencies. Consistently, I’ve been able to research issues in detail, sighting appropriate rules and regulations, and have often made solid recommendations without clear guidance as a GS 9 and advancing to a temp GS 11, with the trust of my supervisors. Also, I know how to seek advice and develop an optimal answer to solve problems while learning new skills. My security clearance, PII, and security for government laptop system usage are current and active.
