- Utilized technology to assist in Hitting Development including Rapsodo, Blast Motion, K-Vest, Trackman, Edgertronic, On-Form, HawkEye and TruMedia.
- Oversaw Top Prospects inside Organization at High-A and Double-A levels. As well as Spring Training 2.0, Alternate Site, and Major League Spring Training.
- Worked closely with Major League staff, the Analytics Department, Strength and Conditioning Staff, and the Research & Development staff to create off-season player plans, organize instructional camps, and in-season skill acquisition.
- Oversaw all Game-Planning, Hitting Development and Run Production during each season between High-A and Double-A.

- Recruited and developed 72 players who received Division 1 scholarships while at St. Johns River State College.
- 24 Hitters were named to All-State/All-Conference teams from 2016-2020. Including All-American and Conference Player of the Year Justin Smith in 2017.
- Recruited and Coached eventual MLB Draft picks Kerry Carpenter, Andy Toelken, Josh Broughton, Justin Smith, Zach Greene, Pearson McMahan, Clay Helvey and Scott Kobos while at St. Johns River State College.
- Served as hitting coach in 2021 and 2022 seasons for the San Francisco Giants High-A Affiliate Eugene Emeralds, helping the team win back-to-back Northwest League championships.
- In 2022, the Emeralds led the Northwest League in runs (678), homers (163), RBIs (634), SLG (.411) and OPS (.741).
- During the 2022 Double-A season, the Richmond Offense set franchise records for runs scored (678), HR's (163), RBI's (634), SLG % (.411), OPS ( .741), Walks ( 552), and games coring 10+ Runs ( 16).
- Oversaw the development and promotions of over 3 dozen hitters over the past 5 seasons over 4 Levels.
- Since 2021, has had 9 players named to MiLB Player of the Month Honors. As well as the 2021 High-A West Player of the Year Ismael Munguia.
- From 2001-2024 seasons, oversaw the development current Major League players Luis Matos, Patrick Bailey, Wade Meckler, Marco Luciano, Tyler Fitzgerald, Christian Koss, Will Wilson and Casey Schmitt while in Double-A Richmond.
