I am a third generation union bricklayer since 2000, who is motivated to be more involved with my union. I have many leadership skills that I have acquired from my time in the military and a bricklayer forman getting me to where I am tn my career today as a construction superintendent.
During my journey, I have been a leader and mentor to many of my union brothers and sisters. I am always eager to learn new skills and strive to excell. In my leadership roles, I have become efficient with using a variety of technology to document progress and communicate with leaders and teammates. I work hard to have a positive relationship with all members of my team. Building a rapport with my teammates is one of my strengths.
I am eager to help our union grow by recruiting new members to keep our union strong.
