  • UMASS Boston QUAD Project, Boston, MA, $17.2 million, Complete take down and abatement of this 800,000 SF, 100 ft tall science building, pool building, plaza and garage structures. Scope requires an extensive building separation, removal of pavers and trees, lower-level slab saw-cutting, bridge separation and demolition and onsite crushing.
  • Saugus High School, Saugus, MA, $3.6 million, Complete take-down and asbestos abatement of 200,000 SF middle school and high school. Asbestos scope consisted of the removal of asbestos roofing, masonry and the removal of interior finishes as asbestos containing materials.
  • Boston College Cushing Hall, Chestnut Hill, MA, $2 million, Complete take-down and asbestos abatement of this 4-story, 60,000 SF concrete building located in a heavily populated, active college campus. Scope also included the removal of 800 tons of ACM foundations, which was performed under a MA DEP issued NTWP.
  • Fenway Music Hall, Boston, MA, $2 million, Removal and salvage of New Balance scoreboard and demolition and removal of bleachers and beams. Building separation and complete takedown of 40,000 SF portion of existing building to allow for the new music hall construction. Selective, interior demolition of section of building that remains.
