I preformed commercial repairs throughout the building and race track grounds. I repaired or replaced everything that has been leaking here for numerous years, mostly the cast iron drains between floors above the ceiling grid. I repaired much of the equipment in the bars and kitchen areas, I built Alamo Downs Bar in the Clubhouse and I built Racetrack kitchen which is called the Hitching Post. I replaced and installed much of the water and drains supplying all the kitchen fixtures, ice maker, coffee maker, 3 compartment sinks, etc. I developed skills in lighting, electrical, A/C, and troubleshooting kitchen equipment

Pinpointed leaks below slab level with precision up to 1 foot and diagnosed, located, and re-routed potable water leaks in slabs. Replaced broken cast iron, clay, and pvc drains under foundation thru tunnel access with passing inspections
