Tech would assemble mechanical instruments using various amounts of tools, calibrated wrenches, file paperwork, log inventory, and follow work instructions to complete each task. Mechanical tech would solder, build wire cable/harness, assist engineering in R&D projects, build the overall Wavefront Unit from start to finish. Tech would work closely with engineering personal to gain so much useful knowledge to use as future references. Modifying fine metal parts is an art that takes years of experience, and I can successfully say that I am great with any task that I would be given. I have so much machine shop experience, soldering experience, technology knowledge, wiring experience, and advanced troubleshooting skills that I would perfectly fit in at any engineering company. But not only fit in, I would do amazing job to the best of my capability and understanding.
Operator provides Aerospace/Class 3 Electronic Assembles to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Standards.
Responsible for multiple areas of the assembly line which include Module Bonding, Solar CIC Inspections, Wiring, Crimping, Adhesive bonds, Substrate Panel Inspections, all progress of projects reported in series of records filed through (Factory Track) any additional Samples and Special Attachments are recorded as well.
