I've worked with all types of people, and I would say I excell working with a diverse range of personalities and making an effective team out of them. Throughout my life I have interacted with alot of different people, I'm accustomed to handling a variety of differences and keeping the goal in focus. When personalities in a team clash they tend to slow down the team and so it is necessary to keep them in order to effectively fulfill the goal. Alongside team members I had to converse with administration and staff, where maturity and effective communication are paramount.
