I performed all tasks and duties of a foreman end of an assistant superintendent from layout, ordering materials and tools supplying the man with proper instructions on task to be performed all while managing OSHA guidelines for safety and coordinating with all the subcontractors from electricians to Glazer’s exterior finishes from roofing and siding , brick to the final trims and millwork installations, completing task on time and within a reasonable Timeframe.

I was a foreman of Domus Construction mainly focusing on framing everything from townhouses, single homes, community centers and commercial spaces. My responsibilities consisted of layout, ordering materials, timesheets recordings of attendance, working with subs and coordinating timeline schedules and assuring of proper craftsmanship throughout all the projects.

I was the foreman for two years of BVF on the Lindy project in South Philly next to FDR Park consisted of framing and running a crew of 30 guys on 12 packs three store unit buildings all framing, ordering materials layout operating low setting trusses with the crane timesheets working with all the subcontractors and the sheet rockers performing timeline schedules

I was a carpenter building schools for BCT metal framing, structural interior sheet rock, insulation ceilings and finish work exterior soffits as a journeyman carpenter

I started framing houses after working for my brother-in-law I went into business for myself and some friends framing homes for solder and solder Giladi home Bittenbender homes, Sal, Paone, and Lapi homes as a subcontractor by the square foot all rough framing from walkout basement to slabs to final punchlist of framing
