Worked in the back, handled prepping all ingredients, cleaning the lobby for the guests, and mopped/swept the lobby and the backroom. I also washed all the dishes.
While working as a sandwich artist I was responsible for making sandwiches, baking bread, prepping all sandwich ingredients/condiments, washing dishes, cleaning the lobby, and handling the register.
While working at Regal I was scheduled at 3 different positions, Door (greeting the guests), Concessions (handling the customers, general cleaning, making food), and Ushering (cleaning the theaters, handling concessions needs, helping customers, and bathroom checks).
As a cashier, I handled the customers, and oversaw self-checkout. Occasionally, I would restock the merchandise and sell alcohol.
As a dough maker I was trained on all positions except for the front. On any given day, I could be on landing (cutting and boxing the pizzas), make line (making the orders), press outs (pressing out the dough, and making bread), or dough. While on dough I commonly measured out ingredients, lifted 50 pounds, operated mixing and rolling machinery. From around December through April, I was making all of the dough in the location by myself.
