Job overview
- Conducted consultations, both in-person and over the phone, to speak to potential clients about the benefits of having a boudoir session, what to expect throughout the process, and to explain the pricing menu.
- Greeted clients upon their arrival to the photography studio and conducted a brief wardrobe consultation to help them choose which outfits would work best for their boudoir photo shoot.
- Developed studio sets and lined up furniture and props.
- Calculated proper lighting, camera settings, camera distances and shot factors.
- Instructed the clients on how to pose and provided verbal encouragement throughout the photo shoot so they would feel beautiful and confident.
- Produced original video content when appropriate by working collaboratively with the clients and other studio staff members.
- Used Lightroom for culling images and performing basic edits, such as cropping, exposure adjustments, and color grading.
- Used Photoshop to perform advanced editing of the images, including skin retouching with Portraiture software, as well as Frequency Separation, removing distracting objects with the clone tool, and using the Liquify tool sparingly for body adjustments.
- Used Premiere Pro to edit video footage into correct order and add effects and music.
