Leadership Experience

I have recently been put in charge on overseeing the managers of our Thrift Stores which includes handling any situations that arise and approving or declining time off. I make sure when the managers are off that the stores are well covered and run smoothly. I am also over two of the employees at the Crisis Center in Jacksonville, the Client Service Coordinator and one intake coordinator, I approve and decline time off and make sure their positions are covered in an emergency. we have two locations I work; other location is in Palestine Tx; I am also in the HR role for the agency and have been for over a year. Also, I will do what needs to be done to make the agency shine.

Communication Skills

I am a hard worker. I work well with others but can also handle duties on my own, I am also a quick learner and love to learn new things, very dependable. I put 100% into anything I do. The way I work reflects myself as a person and I want nothing but the best to be represented when someone mentions my name in a reference or by previous employers.
