Having almost five years in the construction industry mainly in the earthworks field as an operator, but also in an office environment at a major roofing company in the heart of the Rockie Mountains. I have improved my teamwork skills as well as my problem-solving skills. I am constantly looking for ways to improve my current work and learn new skills and always open to criticism. My attention to detail has improved immensely with learning how to operate grading machines as well as dirt hauling machines.
