I am passionate about immersing my students into the creative world of fine arts and also fostering knowledge of real-world skills. After my students move on, I want them to be respectful, kind, and successful, in whatever way that may look. Whether they use their art education after leaving my classroom or not, I want to give them knowledge of the art world and the benefits of being able to think creatively.
I am passionate about teaching and love building student relationships alongside building creative thought. I have truly loved working with Pre-K through the high school age students and have grown professionally because of the variety of ages I have taught throughout my career as an educator.
