Courtney Carlock

I conduct head-to-toe patient assessments in the home setting. I monitor vital signs, administer medications if indicated, monitor patient status and report changes as needed to appropriate disciplines, assist with ADLs, provide education to patients and families regarding disease processes and chronic illnesses, monitor patient recovery process, work hand in hand with other members of the healthcare team such as RNs, therapists, and physicians, and provide emotional support and companionship to patients when they need it most.

I worked many different positions while employed with the Heritage Center including floor nurse, compliance nurse, unit director, and MDS coordinator.
