Collaborated with state & contracted web developers/IT staff to design, beta test, & release INSTEP web-based application & updates.
Provided in-person training for INSTEP web application to 300+ newborn screening coordinators at ~ 100 birthing facilities in Indiana.
Created & submitted quarterly & annual INSTEP progress reports.
Implemented newborn screening for critical congenital heart defects (2nd state in US).
