- Collaborated with state & contracted web developers/IT staff to design, beta test, & release INSTEP web-based application & updates.
- Provided in-person training for INSTEP web application to 300+ newborn screening coordinators at ~ 100 birthing facilities in Indiana.
- Created & submitted quarterly & annual INSTEP progress reports.
- Implemented newborn screening for critical congenital heart defects (2nd state in US).
- Primary author of retention policy/research consent on state newborn screening dried blood spot card.
- Revised state newborn screening law.
