“I am nominating Courtney Faraci-Sapp for the BEE Award. Courtney exemplifies what BayCare is all about. Courtney supports and assists her field staff, fellow office co-workers and covers other business office coordinators (BOCs) in their absence. She regularly goes above and beyond to resolve any issue a team member may have with their laptop or forms. She trains and establishes the initial contact with new hires, creating a warm and welcoming experience.

Courtney has lent her expertise to incoming BOCs to help train, often travelling to their office to make them more comfortable in their new environment. She displays the values of our company every day. She assists her Administrator with a variety of duties and her follow-through is phenomenal. From keeping up with her billing reports, to ordering supplies, and even picking up doughnuts and goodies for her team, she does it all with a smile. She works diligently to make sure her offices run smoothly and efficiently. I am extremely proud to call Courtney a fellow BOC and coworker, but most importantly a friend. She deserves and has truly earned her BEE Award nomination.”
