Other skills acquired in this time frame may be listed below:
I worked at Target Warehouse for a little over a year. At this job, I worked on two different conveyor lines. We would take boxes with all different kinds of inventory off a pallet, scan the label to verify accuracy of items, quantities and pricing, cut open the box, put the correct amount of items in the correct container, and label them accurately to go on the next conveyor. During this process, it was very fast-paced and detail-oriented. We had to maintain accurate inventory records through computerized systems on the other conveyor. Lots of physically demanding work, heavy lifting, and standing for long periods of time.
While working at MOD Pizza, I started in a lead position at the Machesney Park location and worked my way up to an Assistant Manager. I did have the amazing opportunity to open both the Machesney Park location and the Janesville location. I have also worked at the Fitchburg location, and quickly moved up to Assistant Manager at the Madison location. At MOD Pizza, I was in charge of scheduling and staffing, inventory orders and regular inventory counts, weekly deposits at the bank, leading and training new staff, multitasking by running three or more stations at once, manning a 450-degree stone oven, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working in fast-paced situations with a high level of stress (we had many $1,000-hour dinners). I also met my target projections for waste goals, sales goals, resulting in different bonuses.
Achieved multiple Food Waste/Sales Goals resulting in bonuses
