Certified Personal Trainer/Nutritionist, Spring 2024, In the spring of 2024, while in 18 hours of classes, working at lululemon, and working in the athletic office of FGCU, I earned my personal training and nutrition certification. In my years of being an athlete I found an extreme passion for the way the body works and functions. I was always challenged with many career-altering injuries while playing, so finding a way to manage them through diet and the correct form of exercise was something that I was forced to do, but ended up loving. This passion lead to the desire to want to share my knowledge and train people from all walks of life on the importance of nutrition and exercise in our daily lives.
