In 2023, I was promoted from a Partner, where I focused on client service delivery and business development, to ScottMadden’s corporate Chief Operations Leader reporting to the CEO. My expanded leadership role includes accountability and oversight of multiple functions within ScottMadden. In alignment with our mission, vision, and values, I develop annual strategic plans, set and monitor budgets, and govern each functional area to drive results and provide excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Marketing: Position the firm as a market leader to drive business growth. Promote ScottMadden’s services and capabilities by building brand awareness and attracting new clients; conduct market research to understand market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape; oversee digital marketing strategy to enhance our online presence, including website, social media profiles, and promotional campaigns; create content development and execution strategy; generate leads through customer relationship management technology; measure and analyze the effectiveness to optimize strategies based on data and feedback.
  • Corporate Responsibility (Diversity & Inclusion): Collaborate with D&I Director and Steering Committee on producing annual corporate responsibility report; review and approve employee D&I focused communications; evaluate and approve D&I programs (e.g., ERGs)
  • Compensation: Set compensation strategy with Executive team to provide fair and equitable compensation packages to employees; conduct annual market review to evaluate potential adjustments for consultants and staff positions
  • Benefits: Design benefit programs for health and welfare and profit-sharing plans; conduct annual health and welfare review with benefits administrator
