I completed my undergraduate degree from Roanoke College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and Human Resources and Health Care Administration concentrations. During my time at Roanoke College, I held many internships including a HR internship at Carilion Hospital. I accepted a HR position at Advance Auto Parts Corporate, where I learned the basics of human resources. I then went on to work for Danaher/Fortive where I spent over eight years in many different roles from generalist, talent acquisition, talent management, and talent development. I have most recently been a stay at home mother to three children and have grown in many ways over the last three years. I have a passion around all things talent and am looking to start a new opportunity.
