Ability to train, motivate others and self, and receive and follow instruction. Ability to investigate student complaints and follow-through until a resolve is found. Ability to have difficult conversations while being committed to maintaining confidentiality of important documents and situations, detailing and communicating those situations honestly and thoroughly.
