-Responsible for implementing individualized in home and community based support to youth and their families experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges often due to previous traumatic events
-Supported youth in maximizing their potential through mentoring, role modeling, behavior coaching, living skills training, personal care and other individually tailored interventions
