Hired as urgent care medical assistant; promoted to trainer and promoted to Clinical Supervisor at my one year anniversary . In charge of several projects, including conversion to a new EMR system. Daily tasks include:

• Building training schedules and training
• Approving payroll for medical assistants
• Assisting in emergency medical situations
• Patient/client handling
• Working with outside clinical representatives
• Physician and Laboratory liaison
• Manage Clinical Workflow
• Procedural assistance

Acted as lead and trainer for incoming client service coordinators. Led OWP Enrollment program and tracking for our hospital. Confirmed financial gain versus losses. Client and patient management, billing management, collections account management, labwork, patient handling, client communication, assisted with procedures, scheduling, training new team members.

Work hands-on with both dogs and cats ensuring their highest level of well-being and health while their owner's left them in our care, manage associates and lead the shifts, ensuring solid time-management, cleanliness of facility, and associate safety, member of Associate Safety Team, acted as Assistant Hotel Leader while Hotel Leader and/or Assistant was away or on leave.

Interact with parents and kids to ensure are safe and comfortable during productions and rehearsals, ensure show runs smoothly and efficiently, needed to be able to solve problems quickly and effectively as they arose, create write-ups and reports following shows and rehearsals

Worked hands on with clients to put on productions according to specifications and monetary bounds, managed and led large crews of people throughout the preparation, setup, run, and tear down of productions.
