Summary: I know I have VERY LITTLE work history, and job training or experience, which may be a hindrance in some hiring managers opinions but I know if given the chance, I will SHOW my superiors and co-workers and customers my WINNING ATTITUDE, and continue SHOWING them just how hard of a worker I am, and I do not give up easily. AFTER 20 YEARS THE FIRST TIME I WAS IN COLLEGE RIGHT AFTER I GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL, I eventually took "a year off" that turned into the next 20 years of my life. Which I wouldn't change a thing, but I am SO HAPPY with my decision to start school after so long, I maintain a 4.0 and make The President's List each semester. A bit of time is all I needed, and now I'm SOARING through my classes! Skills Customer Service Representative (Intermediate) 4 to 5 Years I have been a Customer Service Representative or Provider of Customer Service, for the longest amount of time in my life, Ive learned so much about the people I worked for and with and also the many kinds of people and cultures with diversified beliefs values and morals. Mostly different from me but the differences in them and myself was REALLY interesting to me and I would definitely do this kind of work again and in the near future. Retail Sales (Intermediate) 4 to 5 Years I have sold different goods for the companies I worked for in the traditional way ie: from the stores merchandise to the customers, as well as sold goods from my own personal stock, to an E-COMMERCE website like www.Posh-mark. Com, and was very successful at this method of sales. More and more, everything is going to be available exclusively ONLINE!!! Receptionist (Intermediate) 2 to 3 Years I love answering the phones, talking to the customers and public for company I work for while I exude my companies goals and a deep respect and appreciation is what I show each one of my co-workers, and every customer that comes in that place of business expecting the very best from the workers taking care of them. Awards & Honors The Presidents List Southern Regional Technical College Jan '22 I won this highest recognition and award for maintaining a 4.0 GPA at my college for the entire semester. I have previously been awarded this award each semester prior to the last one consecutively since I started back in college in 2020. I am very proud of my grades and of the progress Ive made in such a short time. Courses & Training Courtney Watts Microsoft Excel Colquitt County High School Aug '01 I took three Microsoft courses while I was enrolled at CCHS, Microsoft Access, Excel, and Power Point we're not given on a regular basi,my family signed me up for these extra courses while I was still a senior in Colquitt County High School, I also passed with flying colors all three courses, and I HAVE UTILIZED THEM AT DIFFERENT TIMES in my professional and personal life, they are very useful tools to have!
