I started at the Franciscan Clinic as a staff NP and after then became the manager of the Franciscan Clinic, the employee medical home. I was also manager over Employee Health and Diabetes and Nutrition Center at St. Francis Medical Center. I helped in writing policies for the Franciscan Clinic and also helped get the clinic NCQA certified.
